I have been nice. I have been understanding. I have been the friendly trans go-to person long enough. Most of the time people do not have malicious intent. Most of the time people correct themselves. I am lucky that I have so many people who care about me…I know this. I understand ALL of this. There still exists, though, a few people who CONSISTENTLY misgender me and/or use the wrong pronouns with me. From now on (to the people who have had SEVERAL gentle reminders) if you misgender me, I WILL misgender YOU.
